How do I clean the silicon seal inside the lid?

Over-tightening, especially using excessive force once the lid's seal has seated, can stress the glass neck or threads and may contribute to cracking or breakage.

If it still won’t budge, stop and contact customer support rather than forcing it, to avoid injury or damage.

Tap the lid lightly with your palm to break the seal before twisting.

Caution: Hand-tighten lid only.

Do not overtighten.

Both parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher with the exception of the almond wood fibre sleeve which is not dishwasher-safe.

Is the bottle dishwasher-safe?

Yes the bottle is freezer-safe, but be careful not to overfill the bottle as water expands by roughly 9% when frozen so ensure there is plenty of room at the top.

Can I use carbonated drinks in my bottle?

Glass under mechanical stress can fail suddenly and could potentially cause injury.

The outside sleeve will get hot to the touch and you should make sure the lid is securely screwed on if shaken whilst walking.
