How do I remove stains?
Not microwave or dishwasher-safe.
To avoid vacuum forming again, check that the lid seal is clean and located evenly within the lid channel.
Always store with the lid removed.
Before screwing down the lid, please make sure that the sealing ring is undamaged and fully fits into its pocket.

How do I clean my Food Flask?
For best results soak overnight.
DO NOT immerse in water.
Always rinse before reuse.
Is the Food Flask dishwasher safe?
Box packaging perfect for gifting.
Keeps food hot up to 6 hrs & cold up to 8 hrs.
To avoid stains and residue, wash with a solution of vinegar and water.
Keep out of reach of children when the product contains hot liquids.
Do not attempt to forcefully unscrew the lid to break the vacuum as this can break the lid and could cause hot food to spill out.

Lid must be hand-tightened but without extra force as the extreme temperatures will make it more difficult to open your food flask.
Leave sufficient space at the top to fit the lid.
Wait till the food has cooled down (maximum of 6 hours) before attempting to unscrew the lid.

If you have removed the silicone seal for cleaning, please ensure it is replaced correctly on the lid.
Fill with hot water, add one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (DO NOT put lid on while using this cleaning method).

There should be no colour visible next to the central steel circular panel.
