How do I look after my Food Flask?
Before screwing down the lid, please make sure that the sealing ring is undamaged and fully fits into its pocket.
DO NOT immerse in water.

Is the Food Flask microwave safe?
What happens if a vacuum forms and I can't open the lid?
To avoid stains and residue, wash with a solution of vinegar and water.

No, it is made from stainless steel and is not microwave safe.
The ladle is dishwasher safe, but we advise hand wash only for the pot and lid.
Is the Food Flask dishwasher safe?
Always use caution with hot food.
Leave sufficient space at the top to fit the lid.
This product must NOT be used for keeping milk products or baby food warm or cool.
Do not attempt to forcefully unscrew the lid to break the vacuum as this can break the lid and could cause hot food to spill out.
